Dharamshala: Deputy Speaker of Tibetan Parliament in Exile, Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok yesterday congratulated Yukio Edano and the members of his party on the new formation of Constitutional Democratic Party (CDP) of Japan and also for his deserving victory in the early parliamentary election held on 22 October, 2017.
“Formation of a new political party just before some days ahead of the general election and becoming the leading opposition party is something commendable,” he said in the congratulatory letter.
“We trust that you will always be the voice of voiceless and will continue to heed the expectations and hopes of the people of Japan.”
