DHARAMSHALA: President of the Central Tibetan Administration Dr Lobsang Sangay will leave Dharamshala from 19 – 23 December for an official visit to Bylakuppe Tibetan settlement in Karnataka state.
At Bylakuppe, President Dr Sangay will attend the annual Hayagriva initiation to be conferred by His Holiness the Dalai Lama at Sera Je Khenyen monastery on 20 December. He will also attend the inauguration ceremony of Sera Mey Thoesam Norling monastery’s new debate and assembly hall and the teachings on Praise of Dependent Origination by Tsong Khapa to be conferred by His Holiness the Dalai Lama
As invited, President Dr Sangay will further attend the annual convocation ceremony of Thegchog Namdrol Shedrub Dargyeling monastery as a guest.
He will be back in Dharamshala on 23 December.
