Aim and Objectives
The primary aim is to preserve and protect religious and cultural heritage of Tibetan, which is categorically undermined and destroyed by Chinese rule in Tibet; and the objectives are:
- To implement religious and cultural policies as per advice of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and Central Tibetan Administration.
- To work for creating unity and harmony among Tibetan religious schools.
- To organize Tibetan religious schools conference.
- To maintain relationship with important associations of world religions.
- To coordinate with Tibetan and Non-Tibetan Buddhist Associations.
- To conduct or sponsor research works of religious issues.
- To support educational system of monastic institutions.
- To assist Tibetan monasteries, temples, and cultural institutions.
- To look after the old and destitute monks, nuns, and hermits.
- To organize special prayers and ritual ceremonies for national interest.
