This department is happy to inform you that we have received permission from the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile to invite the media for the opening and closing sessions of the Special Meeting that will be held in Dharamsala starting from 17th November and concluding on 22nd November.

This is to inform the media that a press gallery will set a side for the convenience of the reporters.

Those reporters who wish to cover the opening and closing sessions of the Special Meeting must get themselves registered with this department on 16th November, which is a Sunday at 3 pm. Mr. Lobsang Choedak, our Press Officer, will issue press passes to allow the registered reporters access to the opening and closing sessions of the Special Meeting. For more details please contact:
