Brief history about Samyeling Tibetam Health Center and it service provides:
Before 24th October 1986, Mr. Swan Hover was running the dispensary with his little fund. After taken over by DoH, a small room was constructed with financial help from Save the Children Fund (SCF).
In 1993, it was extended to health center with donation and help of Medicins Du Monde, France. The six rooms health center was constructed to provide all the primary health care. It consist of consultation room, dressing room, pharmacy, laboratory, dental unit and store room.
